Cookies with ★Aegina’s pistachio nut★ and white chocolate!!

100gr butter

125gr brown sugar
2 eggs
250gr  self-rising flour
100gr Aegina’s pistachio nuts
200gr white couverture

Preheat the oven at 170°C. Beat the butter with the sugar until it gets fluffy. Add the eggs one by one and keep beating.

Add the flour, the pistachios and half of the white chocolate couverture. Mold small balls and place them at a distance on a  greaseproof paper  and press them just a little. Bake for about 20 minutes. After they have cooled, garnish with the rest of the chocolate that you have melted in a bain-marie (or a little cream in a pot).
