100gr Kalamata’s Olives tapenade
Open the puff pastry with its narrow side in front of us.
Apply Kalamata’s Olives tapenade in half of the puff pastry evenly.
We fold with the remaining half and unite well.
With the pizza cutter cut narrow strips around 1cm (about 12 pieces)
We bind the edge well
We turn each strip (as we lift it, turn it with our hands in the air carefully and place it in the pan)
We cover the bottom of the pan with non-stick paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-30 minutes or until it gets golden brown.
